I chipped a tooth was able to get in quick for an amazing affordable thorough cleaning, exam & same day filling with Dr. Lee. As far as professionalism and down right honest patient care you really can not expect a better experience and result than places that really care like Marin Advanced Dental Care. Supper happy to have been referred by a friend and found amazing dental care that puts a smile on my face.

While I don't love going to the dentist, I Love this dental practice. I found this group on YELP when I broke a front tooth crown on a Thursday night. I left a message, Dr. Smida called me back, and I had an appointment for 9:00 a.m. The next day with Dr. Brewer. They have the latest technology, made the crown on the premises and I left the office at noon with a new crown! Dr. Brewer explained everything, every step of the way. SInce then I have seen Kim the hygienist, and Dr. Smida for another crown and additional work. Everyone at this practice is friendly and professional. The offices are clean and attractive. I Highly recommend!

Lucky to have found Dr. Smida. I was in town on business when I cracked a crown. I didn't know the area at all let alone any dentists. I found Marin Dental online and called them. They got me right in on an emergency basis. Dr. Smida was friendly, professional, and efficient. He fitted me with a perfect temporary crown that lasted me the rest of the week until I returned home and made an appointment with my regular dentist. If I lived in Marin, I would definitely use Dr. Smida as my regular dentist.

Had my third appointment at Marin Advanced yesterday, and it could not have been a better experience. The hygienist Kim is the best, and makes me feel comfortable throughout the cleaning. Kim and the doctors keeps very detailed notes, and they never miss a beat from your last visit. Dr. Smida also provided an efficient, professional and straight to the point consultation on wisdom teeth surgery. I scheduled to get my wisdom teeth out with them right after Dr. Smida recommended it, and found out they have amazing insurance coverage with Guardian! Highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking to upgrade.

They have the equipment to do a complete new crown in a few hours - saving a ton of time and money. The staff is super nice and helpful. I really appreciate how they always explain what work they're going to do. I'm having a bunch more work done here in the near future.

My two front teeth are crowns that I had done originally 9 years ago. I've always gotten compliments from dentists on how well done they are, so when one chipped, I was immediately very worried I would have problems getting it fixed. I called Marin Advanced Dental care and they got me in right away (they actually just told me to drive over when I called). Dr. Lee & Dana got right to work on my tooth and milled a new one at their office. That one wasn't quite a perfect match, so they sent me to a color matching lab. I was REALLY worried we would never be able to get a match. I may have called Dr. Lee freaking out, and she reassured me that we would get a match - even if it took multiple tries. It took a process that was really stressful and upsetting and made me a lot calmer about everything. Remarkably, even though getting dental work done isn't fun, they took great care to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Their office is beautiful, I was never in pain, and the best part was that no one thought I was overreacting about wanting my front teeth to look perfect. You could tell the whole office, but especially Dr. Lee & Dana, were as invested as I was. Dr. Smida, who wasn't even working on my tooth, took interest and was as thrilled as I was when the new tooth was put in. 10/10 would recommend, would go back. I hugged Dr. Lee & Dana when we were done because I was so happy. Everyone agrees my new tooth looks perfect. I couldn't be happier.

While nothing was seriously wrong at the last dental practice, I just had the nagging sense that things could be better. Wow. What a difference. This practice is doing so much right it's hard to know where to start. It really feels like I've jumped into an entire new level of high tech yet humane care. A crown can be completed in one two hour appointment. It is made, digitally, on site. No more goopy messy mold in your mouth. No more coming back in two weeks for a fitting that may or may not be your last. Such a time saver! Simple root canals can also be conducted here, much less expensively than at a specialist's office. I've had no post procedure pain and barely any soreness from some fairly extensive work. Dr. Smida has a gentle touch. You know how morale can be a problem sometimes at offices? Maybe the dentist is great but the hygienist seems off or the billing or front desk folks don't get along or something of that sort. Not here. Everyone is friendly, super professional, and people seem very engaged in their work, respectful of patients and their time, and respectful of one another as well. The office is beautiful. There's plenty of parking. It's super close to the freeway. There are very early hours available for those of us who need to work. You can get text reminders of appointments. Really, these folks have thought of everything. Kudos to all.

This is an awesome dentist office. They have all the latest technology that I have not seen in other dentist offices. Dr. Smida also takes the time to discuss your mouth's health and preventive care. My check-up and cleaning were very thorough and I am so happy I gave them a try. Also, I love the appointment email reminders that I can automatically save to my calendar - how easy is that!

I was looking for a modern facility that also had an amazing staff with very thorough and careful dental practices. Marin Advanced superseded all of my expectations. The facility is state of the art, beautiful and clean. The care is of the highest quality. They take time, and a lot of it, to go over everything with you, get to know you and give you all of your options. You feel like you are in very good hands from the minute you walk in until you leave. I met 4 staff members on my first visit and each one was as good as the next. I am new to California and this is the 3rd dentist that i have tried. I have finally found the practice where i will stay put. To say I was impressed would be putting it mildly. Dental work is often stressful, but Dr. Smida and his amazing dental team do everything humanly possible to make one feel comfortable, warmly received, and confident of continuing excellent dental health. A close friend had lots of work done by Dr. Smida, and based on her glowing comments, I called for a cleaning. From the moment I was called in through the high-tech x-rays and followup review with Dr. Smida, I observed a very high level of focus, dental technology, and warm care. Since then, I have had a complicated dental process and a cleaning, and both procedures were very thorough, speedy, and caring. I feel really lucky to have found this dental practice, which incidentally has an in-office insurance plan based on committing to cleanings. They really seem invested in giving their patients mouths to be proud of.

Thanks to a stellar review by my husband, a retired dentist, I made an appointment with Dr. Semida for for dental work. I, too, was very impressed with the the office environment, the cutting edge technology and especially with Dr. Smida's expertise. I had a two part procedure which included a filling and an inlay in a molar. Thanks to the high tech equipment and Dr Smida's skill, I received the inlay during the same appointment. I felt so secure and comfortable during the visit, I actually took a nap (true story). Needless to say, I recommend Dr. Smida highly.

I have been to Dr Smida twice, both for emergency care & all I can say is "HE ROCKS!!!" He is very patient & knowledgeable and he & his staff all worked to make me feel relaxed & comfortable & got me through it. I am a VERY fearful patient, so I really appreciated everything they did to help. Dr Smida also worked with me on payments because I dont have insurance. I really think he cared more about seeing me feeling better than getting paid right there & then. If you see coupons from this office it's not because they are trying to get more patients, it's because Dr Smida genuinely cares about your oral health & wants people to come in & take care of problems even if they dont have insurance. He understood that I was very budget conscious and we worked on a 2 year plan to tackle my mouth quadrant by quadrant to ensure that old amalgam fillings were removed and any decay in and around them was handled. Now well over 2 years later we accomplished the job and I can say I am very pleased with the results and how we got here. Who can say that they actually LIKE to go to the dentist? I can...almost...since switching to Dr. Smida's office! Not only do they use all of the latest and greatest that technology has to offer in order to make your visit simple and painless, the entire staff is just wonderful. They make you feel at home, comfortable, and the customer service is top notch. I felt confident in the abilities of Dr. Smida and the entire staff from the first visit. I've since moved my daughters' care over to their office as well. Just superb!

I went into Dr. Smida's office a couple months ago because I had pain in my top wisdom teeth. I was very scared and reluctant but decided to suck it up and get them removed. When I went in to have to procedure done the staff was very comforting. I felt relaxed and at ease. When they started to take the teeth out I was expecting the worse, it was the opposite! It was so quick I barely had any time to think about it. The recovery was also short and sweet. I think I choose the right dentist for this procedure. I now use Dr. Smida for all my dental work. I know he will make it as quick and painless as possible.

I am new to the area and happy to have found this dentist office near my work location. Very convenient for me and easy to get to from the 101 freeway. Dr. Smida's office is very clean with the latest in dentistry technology and the staff is geniune and proffessional. I have had three appointments now (one initial cleaning and two fillings). All three appointments have been ran in a timely manor and they are always well prepared ahead of time when I arrive. They also worked very closely with me to make sure my dental health plan would cover my needs appropriately. In moving to a new area, there's always a bit of anxiety to find a new dentist, a new personal doctor, etc. I'm happy to have found Dr. Smida's office soon after my move so that I can cross this one off my list.

I just moved to Marin from the east coast and when trying to find a dentist I was overwhelmed. There were countless practices in my area so I began to ask around. During my questioning, Dr. Smidas name came up often. After some more research, I decided to go with TIburon Smiles, Dr. Smidas office. When calling in, his receptionist was friendly and we easily found an appointment that fit my schedule. Finding his office and parking were no problem at all. After signing in and doing the necessary paperwork, Dr. Smida came out and greeted me in the comfortable waiting area. After an introduction and some questions to get to better know me, Dr. Smida led me back to the exam room right at my scheduled appointment time (How often does that happen?). The exam room had gorgeous views of Tiburon. During my whole exam and cleaning I felt comfortable and in good hands. Dr. Smida is very professional and personable. I am extremely happy with the services he and his staff provided me.
